Fulltexts of accepted Papers, posters and workshop should be prepared according to templates available through the Conference web site.

Requirements for Full Paper Submissions

The required format for full text is Microsoft Word (i.e. doc or docx) containing author description (first name, surname, department, degree, university, city, country, e-mail), a title, an abstract and three to six keywords.

Paper length is limited to 5 pages (minimum 2,000 and maximum 3,500 words) for papers and 3 pages for pecha-kuchas (minimum 1,200 and maximum 2,000 words) including all figures, tables, bibliography and appendices.

Papers and pecha-kuchas which exceed the page limit will not be processed. Papers and pecha-kuchas should be formatted for A4 paper, and using Times New Roman type. Full-text is required for papers and pecha-kuchas. In general, the background and purpose of the study should be stated first, followed by details of the methods, procedures, and instruments used.  Findings, discussion and conclusions should follow in that order. Appendices may be employed where appropriate.

To submit the full paper, authors will need to enter the online Conference Management Software (Conftool). Before doing so, authors have to download the template for preparing the full text document (http://bobcatsss.net/docs/fulltext_templates.doc). Based on the reviewer’s comments and remarks for the extended abstracts, authors should prepare camera ready versions of their paper contributions as full text for the final paper submission.  Authors can submit their final papers to Conference Management Software (Conftool) as a second file before the deadline.  At least one presenting author should be registered as a participant to conference. Deadline for submitting BOBCATSSS 2013 full paper is 8 December 2012
